'Information Matters' Drop In Sessions in York

Promoting Health and Wellbeing through information and advice
The Community Facilitators will be hosting “Information Matters.”
Find out about the range of information available across the City to promote health and wellbeing including:

  •  Local community groups: social/ interest groups
  •  Support networks
  •  Volunteering opportunities
  •  City wide support services
  •  Useful contacts and websites

Where: visitor entrance to Customer Services, West Offices, Station Rise, York. YO1 6GA.
Dates: 18th Jan, 15th Feb, 15th Mar, 19th Apr, 17th May, and 21st Jun.
Time: 10-12noon
No need to book just drop in to browse or have a chat with a Community Facilitator

It was good to be at a workshop where everyone could benefit – families and ‘professionals’. We were sitting together listening to someone else share their wise words and there was no ‘us’ and ‘them’ between service users and service providers.

  • We produce responses on consultations, guidance and changes in legislation with the Local Authority and National Network of Parent Carer Forums.
